Word on Fire Institute
Word on Fire
OCIA ends at Easter. Learning doesn't have to. The Word on Fire Institute, part of Bishop Robert Barron's ministry, offers online courses and a community for lay Catholics who want to understand the faith more deeply and learn to share it.
Courses are taught by Bishop Barron and other scholars and cover theology, philosophy, Scripture, the saints and evangelization, usually as video with readings. Membership includes course access and a community of fellow learners.
It suits new Catholics who want to keep learning after OCIA, catechists, and people who appreciate Word on Fire's intellectual and cultural approach. Check the site for current membership options, since offerings change.
